How should I prepare physically for my health screening?
Can I change my preferred location after I’ve booked my appointment?
We will require time prior to your appointment to make arrangements and changes. Raise a request to change your preferred location by email or DMs, at least 3 days prior to your appointment.Â
Can I cancel my appointment and request for a refund?
Cancellation and refund requests will only be considered in certain cases. Unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellation requests resulting from a change of mind.
